Can I try before I buy?
The Community version is free and fully functional for a single-instance server. To test Enterprise features (clustering, administration console), contact us for a 30-day evaluation license.
Is there a commitment?
- Monthly: No commitment, cancellable at any time
- Annual: 12-month commitment with 2 months free
How does the license work?
You receive a license key to install in the administration console. The license defines:
- The number of authorized clusters
- The number of pods per cluster
- The expiration date
All features are available regardless of the license type.
How does support work?
- Community: GitHub issues, best-effort response
- Professional: Dedicated email, response within 48 business hours
- Business: Priority email, response within 24 business hours
- Enterprise: Dedicated channel (email/Slack), contractual SLA
Can I change my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time (pro rata). Downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle.
